We started the year off with sleeping in followed by a road trip to Clarksville! Yes, we are crazy... we took a 5 week old to Clarksville for "fun"! We actually went down to visit Doni, Paul, and Drew who spent New Year's Eve in a hotel and of course we had to stop by Bass Pro Shop. We ended our trip with supper at Logan's! Braxton was sleeping for most of the time in Bass Pro Shop, but when he woke up he didn't know where to look first with things from the ceiling, on the wall, on the ground, etc- he looked around for a while before he realized he hadn't eaten for about 3 hours! At Logan's he did good too- he found the neon lights up around the ceiling and couldn't get enough of them. We almost made it home without him waking up and screaming b/c he was due to eat- we hit Rural King and he started to wake up. Overall, it was a great way to spend our Saturday afternoon and we can't wait to have more fun trips like that together!
